These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of posterpirate.co (the "Site"), operated by Poster Pirate LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, including our articles, newsletter, and poster shop (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services
Poster Pirate reports on limited-edition alternative movie poster releases and operates a shop selling collectible posters and prints. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. Purchases, payment & shipping
Purchases are processed through Shopify checkout. By placing an order you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed by their respective providers (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo); we never receive your full card details.
Prices are in US dollars (converted to your local currency at checkout where offered) and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock errors, with a full refund of any amount charged. Shipping methods, rates, delivery expectations, and our all-sales-final policy are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, except where our shipping insurance applies as described in the Shipping & Returns policy.
3. Product descriptions & collectible goods
The prints we sell are collectible goods, most of them limited editions originally released by third-party publishers and galleries, often with only a single copy in our inventory. Product photos show the actual poster on hand unless noted otherwise. Condition is graded in good faith and described on each product page (including any condition notes); minor variations inherent to screen printing and handling of collectible paper goods are not defects. If a listed item turns out to be unavailable (for example, sold through another channel before inventory synced), we will cancel and fully refund that order.
4. Intellectual property
Our content. The Site's original content, including articles, product write-ups, photographs we take, and the Poster Pirate name and logo, is owned by Poster Pirate LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution; you may not republish our content wholesale without permission.
Third-party artwork and trademarks. The posters depicted and sold on the Site incorporate artwork, film and television titles, characters, and trademarks owned by their respective artists, studios, and rights holders. These appear on the Site solely to identify and describe the physical collectible goods being reported on or offered for resale. Poster Pirate is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any film studio, publisher, or artist unless expressly stated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security (including its forms, checkout, or hosting infrastructure); submit false or fraudulent orders; misrepresent your identity; or use our forms to send spam or malicious content.
6. Third-party sites & services
The Site links to third-party sites (galleries, publishers, artists, social platforms, our eBay store) and uses third-party services (including Shopify checkout). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Purchases from linked third-party sellers are solely between you and that seller.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTER PIRATE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF THE CLAIM DOES NOT RELATE TO AN ORDER). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poster Pirate LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@posterpirate.co and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. Each party bears its own fees and costs except where a statute provides otherwise.
11. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
